In 1988, BEB Industrial Asset Management® was founded. Our experience, however, actually started decades earlier. Our founders owned and operated a heavy equipment dealership, selling and servicing a variety of industrial machinery. Their customers always asked for better ways to manage this expensive machinery. So, in order to validate the customers’ investment in heavy equipment a software tool was created to track and analyze these assets.

Years after the dealership was sold, our founders continued to be sought out by plant managers, CFOs, and other professionals who wanted to ensure optimal value from their machinery and equipment. Recognizing the opportunity to help a wide variety of manufacturers and distributors, the software was retooled, skilled professionals were hired from a variety of industrial backgrounds, and BEB was born.

Today, BEB is a thriving company, privately owned by our senior management team. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies and small businesses, across North America. Our experience flows through our people – your account manager is a subject matter expert; knowledgeable of a wide variety of industrial assets. Our job is to optimize our customers’ assets. We do that by applying expertise through technology. Our software is built with leading edge technology: a Microsoft® .NET front end front end with an SQL database underneath. Hosting is done through co-located server farms, so dependability and security are always ensured.

The software facilitates three functions. First, it allows a BEB account manager to quickly and easily record information on your asset, and to accurately audit that information. Second, the software allows us to compare and analyze your assets’ activity and costs. Lastly, the software allows for easy reporting of that analysis, including prescheduled recurring reports that push the information to you.

If you like digging through data, creating analysis and reporting, you’ll have complete access to pull information from our system. You can examine your data with easy pivot-table-like functionality, and exporting the data is as easy as one click. Our tools are powerful and easy to use. Or, if you don’t like digging through data, our account managers are always happy to analyze the data for you. With BEB you get everything you would expect from a CMMS and much, much more. The system’s reporting and analysis functions will create and deliver actionable information to you and your delegates.
